Ashleigh is responsible for managing Andina's IT systems, programs, and implementations. She has streamlined and built many internal software processes allowing the Operations team to have more efficiency and accuracy. Ashleigh's additional duties include overseeing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, administrating Office 365, maintaining the company website, Help Desk duties including hardware and software setup, and managing online data storage systems. She ensures that software processes are adhered to and client data is secure.

She also oversees the Alternative Investments at Andina working directly with fund administrators to ensure the entire process of subscription agreement submission, capital call fulfilment, and internal data reporting is accurate and timely. Her prior experience in several different IT roles as a Process Engineer, Software QA Engineer II, and Junior Software Developer complement company success in these areas. As a member of the Operations team, Ashleigh helps the Client Service Team as needed and oversees the distribution of tax documents to clients and their tax representatives.

Ashleigh has an AS degree in Information Technology from Utah Valley University and BS degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Grand Canyon University. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four boys at sporting events, graphic design, traveling to new places, and reading a good book.
