
Becky Buhler
Becky’s primary objectives involve developing and maintaining dynamic, productive relationships. Her creative vision and analytical skills enable her to successfully deliver team and individual goals and contribute to organizational growth while working with diverse teams.
Becky is a trusted mentor and draws from her personal experience to cultivate unity and trust, coordinate key initiatives, and manage organizational change. She strategically identifies and seizes improvement opportunities.
Prior to joining Andina, Becky held positions managing day-to-day operations, including planning and executing projects and initiatives. She organized global events, implemented recognition and incentive programs, and established learning and development strategies. She was involved in business process improvement, ensuring successful initiatives by identifying and removing roadblocks. Becky has a strong background in human resources, legal assisting and research, and contract management in private and publicly traded companies.
Becky has a passion for learning and seeks opportunities to improve personally and professionally by developing new skills, acquiring new knowledge, or learning to use new technology. She explores challenges as an opportunity to learn and grow. She feels that leaving your comfort zone is good for personal growth and opens you up to learning things you would never have previously considered. She enjoys the journey as a life-long learner and is currently continuing her formal education at BYU-Idaho.
Becky enjoys spending time with her husband, five children, and two sons-in-law. She has been an avid runner for years and has coached numerous men and women as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her most recent adventure is playing pickleball.
