As the Executive Vice President of Operations at Mercatus Partners, Josephine Booth oversees Investor Relations, Asset Management, and Reporting. Josephine supervises the collaboration between the company’s partners, consultants, property managers, and accountants to help provide institutional level investment reporting and analysis at Mercatus. She also oversees the company’s portfolio assets, driving positive performance through the implementation of strategic business initiatives, thoughtful management of property-level revenue and expenses, and the execution of value-creating capital projects.

Prior to joining Mercatus Partners, Josephine served 15 years as Vice President International Sales – Europe at Nutraceutical Corporation, a vertically integrated manufacturer of nutritional supplements. At Nutraceutical, she helped build the European region business unit within the organization to $30M+ annually in wholesale business. Preceding her tenure at Nutraceutical, she managed Investor Relations at a private equity firm specializing in oil and gas investments.

A German native, Mrs. Booth’s secondary education brought her to the United States, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Business & Hotel Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She also holds an MBA from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with an emphasis in International Business.

Travelling with her husband and two children is Josephine’s unrivaled passion. She resides in beautiful Midway and enjoys skiing and mountain biking with her family.
