Lynette Hilgenberg

Director of Operations
Lynette has a strong focus on creating a positive experience for all the people with whom she comes in contact. Her attention to detail helps her manage many critical operations for Andina including onboarding of new clients, ongoing client account management and maintenance of records. She also plans and executes Andina’s special events with clients and their families and keeps communication ongoing with managing the distribution of Andina’s newsletters and the distribution of the Weekender. Lynette takes care of her people on the inside too, with roles in human resources, managing payroll, accounts payable. Prior to joining Andina in 2013, her experience included being an Investment Services Assistant at Zions Wealth Management along with several roles and positions at Bank of American Fork (Utah) including assisting in investment client management and operations, VP and Marketing Director, Communications, Head of Strategic Planning, Operations Manager, and Loan Processor. Lynette has an AA degree from Utah Valley University and a degree in Bank Operations and Management from Texas A&M University. Lynette enjoys the great outdoors with her husband and family and will take any opportunity to go camping.
