Trina excels at multitasking and is passionate about building strong client relationships, making her an integral part of the Andina Advisors Client Service and Operations team. With a diverse background in Human Resources, Recruiting, Sales and Operations, Trina brings a wealth of experience to her role as Client Service Manager.

Trina is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources, adding to her associate’s degree in social science. She loves continuous learning and has enjoyed broadening her experience through education.

Her extensive experience in customer service, office management, relationship building, and leadership makes her a valuable asset to the Andina team. Trina is dedicated to ensuring a superior client experience by managing client relationships, overseeing the onboarding process for new clients, and continuously seeking to improve the client service processes by implementing best practices. She excels in managing and prioritizing her workload in a fast-paced environment and collaborates directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines.

Outside of work, Trina enjoys spending quality time with her four sons at the lake or cabin. She also loves traveling, reading, singing and painting. Trina’s multifaceted skills and passions make her a well-rounded and dynamic member of the Andina Advisors team.
