At Andina Capital Management, LLC protecting our clients’ privacy is paramount; we recognize that an individual’s financial matters are extremely private and sensitive in nature. Our commitment is to maintain strict standards to always safeguard your personal financial information, while diligently seeking to continue to bring you valuable products and services.
This information is being provided to you as required by Regulation S-P that was adopted in the year 2000 by the Securities and Exchange Commission to modernize the laws governing the financial services industry.

Other information we may collect indirectly from you includes your IP address, browser type, and operating system used when you access our Web site. Outside of the exceptions mentioned above and as permitted by law, we will not share your personal financial information with anyone, unless you specifically ask us in writing to do so.
Confidentiality and Security
When we share your personal financial information with affiliated and/or nonaffiliated companies, they are not allowed to use your personal financial information for their own purposes and are contractually obligated to maintain strict confidentiality. IP Address
We log all connections to our web servers. Those log files include your IP address. An IP address is NOT personally identifiable information, but general information about your location, connection to the Internet, and your Internet Service Provider. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the Sites.

“Cookies” are small pieces of information stored in a user’s browser that give that user a unique identification. If you are accessing our protected content, we will use cookies for authentication purposes only. All cookies are established on a per session basis, and are not permanently stored on your machine.

The Sites have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control; however, Andina does not guarantee the performance or adequacy of such security measures.
